As a result of heavy investment, this well-established company has created a brand new position for a Training Manager to join the team.
As a leader, one of your most important roles is to coach your people to do their best and this role has been designed to focus on just that.
So, you have previously lead and mentored teams using coaching models such as 'GROW' to demonstrate this. You are familiar with training and managing HR related team issues and have vast experience of working within the food industry and the processes involved.
This experience of yours will be used to grow and upskill the current team in place to influence and promote improvements as well as ensuring that the happy, 'likeable' culture of the company is retained.
