This is a great time to join a growing food manufacturing group as Head of Operations to manage three of their main Sites.

My Client is in growth and investing in the business. Due to a restructure, we are looking for a Head of Operations to manage three of its prominent Sites.

Reporting into the Group, you will lead the manufacturing and logistics operations working closely with Site Leaders and internal key stakeholders.

The remit covers production, logistics, safety, quality, service, continuous improvement and cost. You will help develop the overall manufacturing strategy, including Capex and its deployment.

You will come from a food manufacturing background, ideally World Class Manufacturing. You will have previously managed multiple sites and be flexible in terms of travel.

This is leadership role, so a successful track record of managing teams is needed, ideally with the tools and skills to develop high performing teams through mentoring and coaching.
