Following a 160% growth in the last 4 years, the company are looking for an experienced HR professional to work with the Head of HR (based in Scotland) to help shape the HR function at the sites in East Anglia. They are looking for someone who has a proven track record of influencing senior management teams and has a clear understanding of modern HR policies and procedures.
As this is a senior level role and with it being the HR point of contact for the employees on site, they need someone who is able to work using their own initiative to make key decisions that will benefit the business. You will need to have real career ambition as this role will develop along with the business, eventually growing into a HR Business Partner. Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
