Artisan Baker

Baker – We have a permanent position for an Artisan Baker at our Production Bakery located near Chichester. The role of Baker is to produce a range of Artisan sourdough breads daily to the highest standard. (Must be able to hand mould). An experienced Baker with solid and exemplary core bakery skills are an absolute necessity, or alternatively we will consider less experienced candidates with a keen interest in all aspects of bakery accompanied with a willingness to learn. Pride in your work and the products that you bake are essential for this role, Successful candidates must possess a hard-working work ethic, with flexibility to cover holiday/sickness when required. We are a 24/7 business and successful applicants must be willing to work as required to meet the demands of the bakery orders. Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must.
