THE TRAINER ROLE
In a highly regulated industry like the food manufacturing sector all staff have to be trained for job specific and industry specific skills to enable performance and compliance
In this role you will :-
·Ensure that all factory personnel are trained to the required level
·Deliver specific classroom training
·Assist in driving a culture of change, continuous improvement and innovation through a partnership approach
·Provide proactive training services to the business
·Assess and record standard of training / performance of shop floor employees
·Review paperwork and record keeping standards in line with BRC and legislative requirements, maintaining document control standards communicating findings and any action steps to be taken
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
·Confident Communication, including excellent written and verbal skills
·Understanding of Training theory
·You will be well organized, used to using IT based training tools, identifying and delivering training needs.
·Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Operations Excellence standards
·Have a good eye for detail and high quality standards in record keeping and maintenance
