The job

Reporting into the Operations Manager, the initial project is to review stock turn and recommend stock levels min/max across the business using historical and forecast information.  You will be required to analyse stock levels against stock turn by procurement code/product group/UK or origin supplied to ensure levels stay within set limits and highlight any PO’s which take these over these limits.  In addition you will highlight slow moving parts which will not be used within their minimum BBE to customer and also delisted parts.

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will require previous inventory/stock/data experience within food and/or FMCG.  You will also have an eye for detail, be well-organised and have the ability to multi-task.

More details

The Temporary Stock Controller job is based in the Home Counties / East Anglia region and is paying £21,000 pro rata for a minimum of 3 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday, however flexibility may be required at times to meet the needs of the business.
