THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Director and working within a team of 5 sales staff the Sales Coordinator will offer administrative support to the sales team. The core focus will be to free up the sales team to spend less time on administration and more time on closing new contracts. You will work with the Sales Director to create and monitor sales plans presenting current opportunities to the sales team. These sales plans will help to ensure the sales team have a clear strategy. Key responsibilities will include:
·Tender documentation
·Contract paperwork
·Detailed descriptions of offers
·New line information
·Technical paperwork
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a strong character who has experience in a similar role providing admin support to a sales team. To be successful in this role you will need the following key skills:
·Excellent administration and organisational skills
·Competent level of IT including excel, PowerPoint, word and email
·Marketing experience and a creative mind is important as you will be writing company presentations
·Good sense of accuracy as you will be completing costings for the sales team.
