Do you feel ready for the next challenge in your career?
If you love being busy and challenged this could be the right move for you. No two days will be the same here - it's mentally stimulating and fast-paced - a varied role with lots to get your teeth into.
You will be taking exciting new products from concept sign off stage to launch and working on improvement projects on existing ranges. You'll manage factory trials, working closely with your production colleagues to trouble shoot issues and find creative solutions to scale up concepts successfully in the factory.
To succeed here you should really enjoy being on the factory floor, have a good understanding of food manufacturing processes and a natural inquisitiveness about how things work. You'll likely to have worked in a fast-paced food category developing products for major retail customers.
Your people skills will be key to success here; developing strong working relationships with internal teams and customers to get projects to a successful conclusion. You'll need to be a great communicator who works collaboratively and has a lot of resilience for when things don't go to plan.
