Let's start with the role.

First up, it's a newly created position for the business. So they need someone to come in with a real energy and passion to grab it and make it their own.

In terms of the day to day, your time will mainly be spent on site and split in to 2 main areas; general administrative duties (customer complaints, investigations etc) and specifications (raw material and finished product.)

Don't worry if you perhaps aren't as familiar with writing specifications, as they have already mentioned that they are willing to put someone through the relevant training courses to get them up to speed. Perfect for an experienced Technical Administrator that's looking to add more strings to their bow.

You'll also have the chance to work under a very highly regarded Technical Manager that has worked hard to promote an excellent culture within the technical team. They work hard to get the work done, but they want to enjoy what they do. That part is crucial.

You'll also be stepping in to a business that is big on internal development and progression, meaning there'll be plenty of opportunities to get those ever evasive promotions.
