Group Technical Assistant

Our client, a leader in their field, is looking to recruit a Group Technical Assistant to join their expanding team

Reporting into the Technical Manager, the main tasks of the role will include:

• Group artwork approval
• Specification Writing (including QAS documents) – on retailer systems and for branded 
• Group document control / updates to group documents 
• Customer complaint handling for all sites 
• Internal auditing 
• Group supplier approval monitoring  
• Monitoring customer codes of practice
• Group induction and refresher training
• General technical support for all sites

Experience/qualifications required: 

• Experience of spec writing, preferably retailer systems 
• Artwork / packaging approval experience 
• Customer complaint handling 
• Excel/word/power point knowledge 
• Good communicator at all levels 
• Good organisational skills

Indicative Salary Range: £25000 - 26000
