An opportunity for a Demand Planner to join a leading consumer business based in the Kingston area.

The Demand Planner will be responsible for all forecasting of products, managing inventory levels and driving S&OP.

Description

The Demand Planner will be responsible for the following:

Collaborative forecasting across the product groups

Liaising with production and manufacturing to ensure on time delivery

Driving best practise and leading continuous improvement projects

Kpi reporting and data analysis to identify trends and risk

Chairing S&OP meetings

NPD and product phase in/out



Profile

The Demand Planner will liaise with cross functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels therefore excellent communication skills are a must.

You must have demonstrated experience in working within a consumer environment, preferably with some exposure to manufacturing too.

You must have the ability to influence stakeholders and lead an effective S&OP process internally across the teams.

An analytical approach is essential and competency in using an MRP/ERP system and Excel is required.
