Job Details
Due to substantial growth, my client, a well-known producer in the industry is looking for a Group Technical Assistant to support the Technical function
Main Tasks (not an exhaustive list);
1. Group artwork approval
2. Specification Writing (including QAS documents)– on retailer systems and for branded
3. Group document control/updates to group documents
4. Customer complaint handling for all sites
5. Internal auditing
6. Group supplier approval monitoring
7. Monitoring customer codes of practice
8. Group induction and refresher training
9. General technical support for all sites
Experience/qualifications required:
- Experience of spec writing, preferably retailer systems
- Artwork/packaging approval experience
- Customer complaint handling
- Excel/word/powerpoint knowledge
- Good communicator at all levels
- Good organisational skills
- Preferably degree qualified
