A leading supplier in their field to the major retailers, this successful business is looking to expand their team further. They take pride on their responsible sourcing and sustainability achievements.

The Role

This multi-functional role will manage the development of new packaging and co-ordinate procurement of packaging. You will source suitable suppliers and ensure they have local solutions for materials and that they manage procurement forecasts to minimise stock write off and supply issues. Working closely with the NPD team, there will be a clear focus on packaging design. You will also deliver the new packaging strategy to increase recyclability, life of the product and the use of re-sealables when possible.

Personal Profile

• Previous experience  in a similar role
• Good communication skills are essential
• Ability to project manage and prioritise
• Confidence in verbal and written communication
