Pack up, let's fly away!!! Fancy getting paid to travel the world?...

Are you a Chef ready to consider your future? I don't mean the next job that will be 12-18 months... I'm talking the next 3-5 years and more! Possibly into retirement. As a seasoned Chef, used to working across a variety of restaurants and cuisine styles, you've probably not thought that far ahead, but trust me - this career move deserves that consideration.

What we have here is a new opportunity that not only has legs, but WINGS too! You'll get a seat on a passenger jet flying you to New York, Singapore, Melbourne and even Glasgow! You'll work with colleagues at the London kitchen and abroad, as you develop some of the best menus for the world's leading airlines.

You will create exciting and contemporary menus for some discerning and expectant customers from North America, Australia, Asia and Europe. Through a superb facility with a professional production team, you will be tasked with developing a range of menus that are refreshed and renewed regularly for nearly 40 customers. Presenting for First Class, Business and Economy passengers as you put your culinary stamp on the world scene.

This role offers creative freedom and is less restrictive than some Development Chef positions can be within retail, yet still has you managing deadlines, budgets and production operations to make your visions commercial realities.

Can you imagine delivering a presentation on a new menu cycle, inspiring your customers, which will be produced for hundreds of thousands of passengers daily, just before you board a flight to visit your colleagues in New York to see how they do it across the pond? Come on, it doesn't get much better!

Aside from all these enticing reasons to join this business, there is a genuine work-life balance. No more ridiculous 80 hr weeks - in fact you are even put up in a hotel the night before a presentation to ensure you are rested and relaxed for the next day.

That's what the role gives you, so what do you need to give us? Creativity, flair and true inspiration. If you have had NPD and Innovation experience it's beneficial, but the minimum requirement is a solid Chef history across a range of level and venues - from pop ups, street food, to award-winning fine dining. We would like as much as possible. Put it this way, we would rather have to put the reins on you, than have to poke you and wake you up.
