We're looking for an experienced baker to become part of our small but ever growing team. If you're passionate about real bread then you could be the right person for us.
We supply 6 of our own shops and over 150 wholesale accounts.
Skills and experience required:
- At least a year experience
- Mixing dough
- Good shaping skills
- Efficient working ethic
Responsibilities include: Mixing and managing dough, shaping loaves and buns, daily prep, cleaning, managing natural fermentation and baking the final product to a high standard.
We are a small Bakery which means you get to see the process from start to finish. Although we are looking for an experienced baker, we will consider all applicants and give full training in our methods.
