Cutting-edge innovation has seen them successfully drive in to extended category ranges over the last 12 months, adding to an already on-trend portfolio aiming to drive right at the heart of the ‘food to go’ space.

Indeed, it is as a direct result of the success of one of these new category offerings that they’re now looking to appoint a new Head of Innovation to spearhead and deliver an ambitious £multi-million innovation pipeline. 

Operating as part of the senior management team, as Head of Innovation you will lead a team to deliver ‘first to market’ nutritional solutions and deliver the companies’ health agenda across all customer channels, with a heavy bias towards the grocery retailers.

Borderline obsessed with all the latest food trends, you will inspire and develop your team to operate in a creative and entrepreneurial manner to push the boundaries and create true ‘first to market’ innovation.  Make no mistake, this role is ideal for a passionate ‘foodie’ for whom health and wellness is high on their own personal agenda.

With a significant budget to support an ambitious growth plan, this role presents an ideal platform for experienced innovation / NPD Managers looking to take full ownership of the companies health agenda, inspire and grow your team, act as the customer facing hero with all major relationships and push your career on to the next level again in turn.
