Are you an Engineering Team Leader or Supervisor within the Food or FMCG industry?
Are you working nights and fed up? Is your current work unchallenging and mundane? Are you seeking a new challenge?

I am looking for experienced engineering team leaders to discuss a days based role in which you would lead a small team of engineers to achieve KPI's and Continuous Improvement targets.
You will work closely with the Engineering Manager to develop and implement strong manufacturing processes. You will have the freedom to lead your team the way you see best with the support of the Engineering Manager when required.
You will be given the opportunity to lead projects from concept to commissioning and you will be responsible for motivating a team of engineers to deliver results on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate would be from a food background with experience and examples of leading teams within the industry.
