Now is an exciting time to join them as Head of Supply Chain in a broad ranging role, giving you considerable autonomy and scope to develop your career and drive their business. Through your team you will identify and implement best practice in forecasting and demand planning, procurement and warehousing. This is a highly visible role right at the heart of the business with close working relationships with Sales, Operations, Finance and the Board. You will be naturally analytical and numerate with excellent IT and Excel skills, comfortable with data analysis, interpretation and presentation. We are looking for a skilled and experienced supply chain professional who can add real value across the supply chain, including demand planning, material purchasing and forecasting, production planning, stock management and distribution, including warehousing. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to take best practice processes and deliver them appropriately. Additionally, as an excellent communicator, you will enjoy leading and developing a team and identifying and nurturing talent. You will ideally have experience within procurement and demand planning gained within an FMCG / consumer products or similar environment.
