We are currently recruiting for a High Risk Operative based on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (06:00 - 18:00)

Working as part of the High Risk team the Level 4 Operative will be the centre of technical excellence for the each shift. To be successful in this role you will be proactive in identifying and resolving issues and will have the communication skills and willingness to share your expertise with your colleagues.

Ideally, you will already be able to demonstrate the required skills however we will consider applicants who have the ability, the right attitude and can be developed into the role.

You will be a real team player and be willing to get stuck in. You will also be a real self starter who is willing to suggest and implement improvements if required.

 To be successful you will be proactive in identifying and resolving issues and will have the communication skills and willingness to share your expertise with your colleagues.
