Main responsibilities

As part of the on-going review of pay and grading, we are creating one grade 4 role per shift in Kitchen.

Working as part of the Kitchen team the grade 4 operative will be the centre of technical excellence for the each shift. To be successful in this role you will be proactive in identifying and resolving issues and will have the communication skills and willingness to share your expertise with your colleagues.

Ideally, you will already be able to demonstrate the required skills however we will consider applicants who have the ability, the right attitude and can be developed into the role.
