Enjoy the management side of engineering while still being hands on with the tools?
Overseeing a team of multi skilled engineers and organising the shift workload you will have the ability to take ownership of all planned maintenance for the shift while also being able to be hands on to the reactive side of the maintenance.
That proven track record of decreasing downtime and efficiency within the engineering department is important while also having the ability to be hands on with all electrical and mechanical engineering yourself.
Ideally you have experience working in an FMCG environment and managing teams of engineers.
I am sure by now you have the relevant engineering qualifications in engineering with a minimum of electrical or mechanical engineering.
