Excellent opportunity to broaden your HR experience in a large international food manufacturing business.

Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor, this is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate or someone who has been in a HR administrative role to be part of a transformational journey within a global food business.

You must have worked in a HR Administration or HR Co-ordinator role in the past and be accustomed to a fast-paced environment, ideally form a manufacturing background.

You will be responsible for providing HR administrative support to a food manufacturing site with over 1,000 employees. With a large volume of employees, you must be able to balance and prioritise a significant workload including volume recruitment, employee relations casework, systems, maintenance and the provision of management information.

You will also carry out project work around site social events and implementation of HR processes.
