My client is looking for someone to run the HSE function at this site, actively look for continuous improvement opportunities and train the current and new employees within the business
Client Details
This fast paced, diverse manufacturing company opened their North London facility 2 years ago, they are now looking for an HSE Manager to cover the site and continue their success.
Description
The key responsibilities of the HSE Manager are:
- Conduct H&S training to any staff as necessary, including the appropriate H&S inductions to all new employees
- Ensure that all incidents are reported, tracked and investigated fully
- Run and improve all of HSE policies, systems and processes as needed
- Continually assess and mitigate risks on site
- Drive improvement for better HSE practices where applicable
Profile
The successful HSE Manager will:
- Have at least 3 years' experience of managing occupational H&S in an FMCG (Preferably food or drink) production facility
- Carry relevant H&S qualifications (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH)
- Experience of influencing and implementing change and a continuous improvement culture
- Be able to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Experience in writing and training HSE procedures
- Full UK driving licence
Job Offer
Up to £50,000 basic salary + bonus + benefits
