Quality Compliance Manager needed for a major dairy company.

Major dairy company based in Wiltshire.

Description

As Quality Compliance Manager, you will audit product and the food production site against food quality and safety standards for compliance plus provide guidance and support to teams on site with adherence to relevant standards, policies, legalisation and regulations.

You will be a proactive and constructive member of the technical team, contribute to the generation of new ideas for continuous improvement, take ownership of the internal audit programme, lead technical and root cause investigations when incidents or trends appear, assist with the generation and implementation of QMS, be an active team member during audits, manage pest control, challenge hygiene practices plus promote a food safety and quality culture via teamwork & coaching other departments on site.



Profile

To be considered for the Quality Compliance Manager position, you will be educated to a degree level in a food science related discipline plus possess solid experience working in a compliance/technical role within food manufacturing. You will preferably be a holder of HACCP Level 2 and Food Safety Level 3 and be able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of retailer and BRC standards. You will also be an excellent communicator and be IT literate.
