We have a number of opportunities to join the team as we embark on the build and launch of our latest investment, the delivery of a development programme for our community of approx. 800 Line Coordinators. You may have heard about the success of our award winning Line Manager Framework, we are now expanding this innovation to a wider audience and looking for talented new team members to walk this journey with us.
You'll have experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment and as such have a working knowledge of production processes. Strong on your feet and able to adapt to and engage a mixed audience will your core skills. You'll have completed a Train the Trainer, CIPD L&D qualification or PTLLS programme to underpin your practical experience. You will be comfortable working at pace, have a passion for quality and excellent communication skills, able to energise others.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about people development. You'll be working as an L&D Specialist delivering workshops to our line coordinator community at any of our 15 locations. Its a fully mobile role, spanning the UK, although we will work hard to mitigate unnecessary travel, you'll be required to travel and stay away from home 2-3 nights a week. Equipped with a company vehicle and fully supported expenses you'll be working closely with a number of our sites to turn the programme from a plan to reality.
