As Process Manager you will have good eye for detail when it comes to the compliance of products, processes and the manufacturing environment and you will be working closely with Production and Technical departments.
You will take the ownership of each customer visit and discuss the processes that will be followed for the product journey. Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and meet their requests with the production of products. You will oversee the team when completing product specific documentation, the organisation for microbiological and chemical testing and customer samples.
The right candidate must have a Process background working with food manufacturing. You must also be flexible when required for factory trials and launches.
