Opportunity for an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Manager to make an immediate impact within a progressive food manufacturing operation.

We're looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Manager for a food manufacturing site based in West Yorkshire, which is receiving investment with significant growth planned over the next 18 months. They're part of a larger group who are committed to their employee's training and development and can offer a working environment that is focused on team work and progression.

This Warehouse Manager role will be a challenging job working within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and standards are set high. It is a high-profile role, taking responsibility for the warehouse and internal logistics teams with a view to achieving a FIFO / JIT approach.

You'll need to be an experienced Warehouse Manager / Logistics Manager from a food manufacturing or FMCG background. Effective leadership and motivational skills are a must, along with a proven track record of improving teams through engagement.
