Looking to make an impact at a rapidly growing company?
This is a perfect opportunity for a supply chain professional with eCommerce and food experience to lead the planning function of a successful business in a growing retail channel. Working on demand and supply planning for multiple sites you will lead the team, utilising your food industry experience to reshape and improve the function.
As a direct to consumer business, demand planning needs to be agile to manage promotions, seasonality and the nature of eCommerce. You will have the opportunity to build a new forecasting and supply strategy for multiple sites ensuring contingency across all categories. Focusing on stock availability, order fulfilment, picking and shipping times and sales growth you will have plenty of opportunities to make an impact.
If you are looking for a fast-paced environment which is still in a growth stage and looking for expertise to shape it, this role is for you. You will bring S&OP experience, knowledge of shelf life management and big picture commercial understanding. As a fast-paced and agile business, you will need to be flexible to take on the challenges that arise but will gain a broader understanding of the business you are helping drive forwards.
