Want to inspire the next generation?

We are major college facility in Cheshire providing a ‘state-of-the-art’ R&D / NPD food innovation facility (the size of, and laid out like, a small factory) for the use of students at the college along with major and SME food manufacturing businesses.

The Eden programme is a joint industry collaboration, aimed at progressing students to achieve a foundation degree in dairy technology. Delivered on a block release format, students are currently employed within the dairy sector in various disciplines.  You will join a highly motivated skilled team, who have driven exceptionally high standards for the students.

You will ideally come from a Dairy or Drinks background, and have a good working knowledge of engineering processes, process control and automation.

Educated to degree level in a food engineering subject, the candidate should be familiar with key data analysis principles and their interpretation. The right candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to work confidently within a team.

Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment.

Please note, you must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this.
