As a leader in their field, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing NPD team to be part of an exciting development plan that will lead innovation in this product sector.

The Role

This role will give you the chance to contribute to market leading innovation within a dedicated team of npd professionals with strong cross functional support and training. Working closely with the NPD manager you will support products and customer concepts through the entire npd process and ensure product launches meet the highest quality and customer expectations. Project managing multiple projects you will work to deadlines and ensure a smooth launch. You will also strive to improve existing products and take responsibility for management of NPD paperwork. The role will also see you attending factory trials with the process team to ensure your projects match the customer requirements and are following critical path timelines. 

Personal Profile

• Food related degree
• Project management skills and knowledge of the NPD process from concept to launch
• Passionate foodie with good culinary knowledge
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Team player and flexible to travel occasionally
