A leading food business have an immediate requirement for an experienced Shift Production Manager to manage the Production Function and be involved in the planning, co-ordination and control of manufacturing processes

Duties and Responsibilities

To Liase with the planning team to ensure production plans are optimal
To manage and motivate production supervisors and perform regular appraisals
To conduct daily production meetings and monitor production efficiency
Conduct technical audits
Maintain and promote high Health and Safety Standards
To implement a continuous improvement approach
Qualifications

Relevant food industry experience
A good all round general education
Degree educated (or equivalent)
Effective communication skills
Self-organisation and time management skills
