I am seeking an Engineering Manager to join a great senior management team. Working together you will work to improve the processes across this up and coming food manufacturing site.
You will be responsible for a small to medium team of engineers and will look at how to drive continuous improvement across site. There is plenty of investment happening so overseeing projects will be part of your day to day routine for the first 18 months.
You will develop and implement a new PPM system and you will ensure that the engineers are on baord and motivated to change with the business by setting and reaching KPI targets.
Your work will be continuously evolving as the company progresses with the strong plans they have in place for the future.
