Job Details
Our client are a successful food business with a great reputation in the industry. A great vacancy has arisen for a Despatch Manager in Shropshire.
The Role:
- To produce to the required volumes and quality of product as required by the business and its customers, working to specification requirements
- To work closely with all departments to ensure that everything runs efficiently
- To ensure downtime is kept to a minimum, Report and Record issues in an effective, efficient and timely manner
- To ensure that machinery, floors, equipment, walls and surfaces within your area of responsibility is kept to the highest hygienic standard
- To Train the Despatch team using the correct procedures
The Candidate:
- Despatch managerial experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Analytical individual
- Strong communication skills
