Despatch Manager | Fresh Produce

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Operations team within a successful and well-respected fresh produce business who are committed to supplying an excellent standard of product.

They are looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on Despatch Manager to oversee every aspect of the Despatch area from ensuring correct stock is available to getting goods out of the door to customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring hygiene standards and stock temperatures are maintained in the fresh produce despatch and store areas, goods are despatched at the correct temperature, stock rotation, raw material handling and the general operation of the fridges and loading bays.

To be a successful candidate, you will be an experienced Despatch Manager with a strong knowledge of current policies and legislation and good organisational and people skills. Experience working with fresh produce would be advantageous but a general good background is also desired.
