If the answer is yes, you could do worse than joining this group. Recently they have invested a £six-figure sum into improving their SHE function.

At site level and for this particular role, this means you will be taken seriously and listened to. The business has re-jigged this function to create a role that wants you to engage a work force of over 1,000 employees. How you do that is up to you (in fact crucially, this business is keen for you to come with ideas of how to do this).

You will have a team to help assist you in the form of well regarded & capable H&S Officers and an operationally strong business which means you can concentrate on doing what you do best, making H&S a culture rather than a department. Commercially, this business has hit the sweet spot of being able to produce on trend products on scale.

There is a great opportunity here to help a business improve its H&S offering. If you have food manufacturing experience and a NEBOSH Diploma this company would love to speak to you but if your background is broader manufacturing or Logistics/distribution in a large and complex environment please do still get in touch.
