We have an opportunity available for a Hygiene Manager to join us based at G’s Fresh Beetroot in March. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, we are offering a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Hygiene Manager, you will lead the team in ensuring the deep cleansing of all the factory’s machinery and equipment, maintaining the high standard of quality set by the hygiene department whilst complying with company health and safety rules and regulations and policies at all times.

You will be responsible for completing administrative duties within the commercial team and supporting the commercial team in delivering account strategy. You will also be required to work in line with our group values; trust efficient, quality, expertise and can-do.

Your hours of work will primarily be Monday – Friday, 21.30 – 06.30.

You will also be required to;

- Ensure the site Hygiene levels are maintained

- Manage both day and night Hygiene teams

- Ensure site water quality is maintained to expected levels

Skills and experience required to be our Hygiene Manager:

- Previous experience of managing a high care food business hygiene team

- Must be reliable with an enthusiastic approach

- Flexible team player

- Great communicator

- Self starter with great problem solving skills

- Understanding of water quality and L8 requirements is desirable
