The Role
Taking control of the process function, you will be responsible for trials and launches for all new products, ensuring the smooth transfer from kitchen to production. EPD will involve trouble shooting and improving processes in the factory where needed. Trial paperwork must be maintained and you will be the point of contact relating for all queries relating to trials and launches. Always wanting to challenge and improve processes as well as motivate the wider team is a must!
Personal Profile
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for healthy eating and delicious food
- Good at communicating cross functionally and handling difficult situations to get the best out of people
- High risk/chilled/frozen food manufacturing
- Project management and critical path management experience
