Job Details
The Operations Director will lead and manage multiple sites through a period of change/growth which will include significant capital investment.
Client Details
The business forms part of a high growth international food manufacturing business. Having been acquired in recent times and previously PE backed, there is significant investment happening across the sites.
Description
Reporting into the Group MD, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Leading a multi million capital investment project for site expansion
- Establishing and review the regional operational plans, budgets and performance targets
- Ensure there is a regional succession plan in place including training requirements and development plans
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and ensure a Group HSE policy is implemented and adhered to
- Management of operations cost budgets
- Work with group to align working practises, establishing a 'best in class' model
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Regular and accurate reporting of operational performance to the key stakeholders
You will be joining the business at a time of transition; with ambitious investment and growth plans. This role would suit an individual that has led a Food Manufacturing business through significant change in a complex environment, perhaps with experience of Private Equity.
Profile
In order to be successful in your application for Operations Director, you will have a proven track record of leading senior management teams in Food Manufacturing. This role will require a strategic individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about getting into the detail of the day to day.
You will be joining the business at a time of transition; with ambitious investment and growth plans. This role would suit an individual that has led a Food Manufacturing business through significant change in a complex environment, perhaps with experience of Private Equity.
