Your role

Hours of work: 2 week rotational days and weekend shift pattern 

Reporting to the Operations Manager the Production Shift Manager is responsible for delivering projects and supporting management to achieve factory performance and ensuring operational effectiveness.  The Production Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring Company and site KPI’s are met, high technical standards are maintained and quality standards are achieved through the development of people, processes and systems.

What you’ll need

Applicants must have proven management and leadership experience within a manufacturing environment with experience working to technical standards and targets.  Previous people management and leadership experience is essential for engaging and developing people.  Computer literacy including MS packages is a must as is experience achieving improvements.  To succeed in the role applicants must have excellent communication and organization skills and be self-motivated with CI skills and techniques.  Applicants must possess GCSE Math’s and English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
