Exciting opportunity for a proven Interim NPD Manager to join a growing business developing one of the most innovative products on the market.

Are you someone who is always tracking the latest trends, ingredients, recipes and restaurants? This is the ideal role for you.

As Interim NPD Manager, for this growing company, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring three Development Technologists and delivering all new concepts from sign off through to launch. You will attend factory trials when needed, providing support, guidance and insight to the production team, to ensure a successful launch and that the required time frames are met.

This role has a huge focus around driving nutritional development to ensure the business is at the leading edge of nutritional enhancement.

The contract is for an initial three months. For this opportunity, you must be degree educated, or equivalent, with a background in added value chilled food development; ready meals, desserts, sauces.

The ideal professional will have plant based experience.
