Location: Yorkshire and The Humber
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Experienced NPD Manager required in one of Yorkshire's busiest Food Manufacturers!
The need for strong, confident NPD Manager is requested at a large site in Yorkshire. They are about to embark on a huge launch of new products, and are looking for a driven individual to lead a team of NPD Technologists and Development Chefs.
Whilst the successful candidate needs to have previous experience leading a team, this is the perfect role for someone looking to step up to Management at a larger site. Previous experience with Product Development in Food Manufacturing is essential.
This forward thinking business needs a striving, passionate leader to drive positive results from the team. Motivation is key here, and a massive part of your role will be to oversee the entire concept to launch process, ensuring launch dates are met and products are launched to customer satisfaction.
