Junior Development Chef (1 Month, FTC)

Rapidly growing, this entrepreneurial and international business place a premium on using high quality, fresh ingredients in all their products. As business booms the team needs a bright and enthusiastic Junior Chef to support on a short term contract.

The Role

In this dynamic role you’ll be supporting the vibrant innovations team in the development of new products and range extensions for prestigious customers. You’ll be given the chance to really apply your creative culinary skills and food knowledge, supporting with new recipes and producing delightful samples. You’ll be preparing the samples for taste panels and presentations whilst developing your commercial awareness to ensure new products satisfy customer briefs to make an impact in the market place.

The Person

Suit a recent graduate with a culinary arts degree or a chef looking to make a move into product development. Although, previous experience is not essential, you will however have excellent culinary skills and a passion for food. You'll have a natural ability to build relationships with your team to enthuse them with your knowledge, food values and inspirational ideas.
