We have a fantastic opportunity for Bakery Supervisors.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in Bakery environment.
-Be able to oversee all production operations
-Have a good understanding of product specifications and work instructions
-Prepare for customer audits
-Maintaining all relevant records relating to the BRC standards
-Ensure all CCP’s relating to the HACCP are maintained and monitored at all times
-Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
-Creates and revises systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
-Manage labour resources and ensure that the most accurate manning is in place
Skills and Competencies:
-Microsoft Office proficient
-Organisational and Time-Keeping skills
