Our client is a large player in the FMCG sector who is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Packaging Manager. A growing and successful business with real vision and drive, this opportunity is for a candidate who wants to deliver and be a key cog in this exciting time.

In your role you will need to manage the Packaging function to achieve its operational objectives and achieve a 100% service level, meeting its customer forecasts. You'll forward plan the Packaging function by means of effective monitoring stock levels and usage, buying of packaging, reporting, recording of results, and resource planning.

As part of the role you will play an active role in continually developing packaging innovations/design to drive the forward. This will need to be achieved in line cost-effective methods of working and NPD.

Experience:

• Previous experience within a Packaging Manager role.
• Experience within the fresh produce sector with knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures and technology
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Strong IT skills and
