How do you fancy heading up a new and rapidly expanding food manufacturing site with a blank canvas to implement systems and procedures that you see fit?

What about one that is heavily investing in both site and process improvements as well as developing management acceleration schemes to help you achieve above and beyond what you expect.

Now of course this won't be handed to you on a plate.

You will be expected to give 110%, to work hard and to constantly deliver successful results within your department.

It goes without saying that you will need a background in the food manufacturing industry, specifically in people management and ideally an understanding of Continuous Improvement techniques and where you have applied them.
