The Role
This is an NPD project management role combined with process management, with some involvement in food safety and allergen control.
You will be accountable for menu development in line with international partners and embedding business culture within their teams. The development process and critical paths must be managed as well as approving ingredients, signing off international specifications and highlighting areas for existing product improvement.
About you:
- Degree qualified ideally in a food related subject
- Proven NPD experience
- Sensory trained and ability to advise on product improvements
- Knowledge of food safety and specifications, HACCP intermediate ideal
- Fantastic communication skills
- Willing to travel abroad regularly
