Production Chef / Kitchen Manager
Modern Cooking Solutions requires a Production Chef / Kitchen Manager for our busy Production Kitchen.
Award winning food, Chefly our new ready meal concept and our Delivery only Restaurant Brands are food projects we are passionate about.
As we rapidly expand our operations and with our Ready Meal business about to expand we require an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager.
You will oversee a team of 7-10. This role has overall responsibility for all aspects of the production kitchen: sourcing, ordering, stock / cost management, compliance, staff training.
The right candidate will be able to make a real impact and use this as a career development step. We are looking for a passionate, experienced (minimum of 4 years) candidate with a desire to shape his or her role and to over deliver and be part of a rapidly growing player in London’s Convenience Dining scene.
