As part of the manufacturing management team, you will be responsible for managing the systems which ensure that Booths manufacturing and distribution sites comply with food safety in line with current legislation and requirements. To continuously improve the way we operate through implementation of the BRC global standard and any other relevant certification so that we continue to provide our customers with high quality products. Assist with H&S systems working with the sites H&S team.

Responsibilities
1. Carry out regular GMP / GHP audits ensuring that all recommendations are completed in a timely manner
2. Responsibility for sites QMS systems
3. Manage sites microbiological testing and follow up with any remedial action
4. Develop and maintain HACCP processes and standards on site, monitoring, reviewing and evaluating implementation
5. Ensure all food safety training is delivered as per development needs
6. Assist with H&S audits and collating basic data
7. To promote positive Food Safety & H&S culture through ways of working
8. Manage raw material and finished product specifications both internal & external ensuring they are kept up to date
9. Support the business on the launch of Booths Brand manufactured products
10. Manage and respond to non-conformances including customer complaints that arise from Booths manufactured products
11. Assist in the management of crisis situations arising from a food or H&S issues
12. Support the manufacturing management team when required
13. Implement and maintain BRC standards across manufacturing and warehouse.
