Human Resources business Partner (TEMP)

We are looking to recruit a temporary Human Resources Advisor to join a key client for a 6 - 8 week contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team within a rapidly growing international food  company with plans to grow by 50% in the UK over the coming 18 months. 

About the role

This role will be a highly visible role within the HR team to look after a headcount of circa 500 across the UK. 

Responsibilities will include:

• To be the first point of contact for our associates with any HR enquiries
• Provide HR support to our managers on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training & development, and policies
• Contribute to the team with policy development and implementation
• To work closely with operations to embed our corporate values in all aspects of our operations
• Contribute to the preparation of well-being and welfare initiatives

Essential requirements:

• CIPD level 5 as a minimum
• At least two years’ experience in hospitality within a HR capacity
