Our client is a big player in the FMCG sector and they are looking for a talented and ambitious Continuous Improvement Manager to join the team. You will be tasked with providing your expertise to enable the manufacturing unit to fulfil its business target plans through continuous improvement projects.

A key part of your role will need to ensure that cross functional teams are engaged to focus on the specific priority areas and have the appropriate tools to support them. This will be done through ensuring improvements are made in line with the business strategy to continually add value.

You will need to make sure the manufacturing teams are ensuring operational efficiencies are maximised and practices are fit for purpose. You will have to engage key stakeholders to sponsor continuous improvement activity and support a continuous improvement culture.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
*Experience in an FMCG Company in a Continuous Improvement Manager role or similar
*Diploma or equivalent Business Improvement qualification
*Proven track record of delivering results as a CI leader
*Excellent IT skills
